Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges:

  • Refund/Exchange Policy: Non-Smart Cellular Phone devices and Wireless Card returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within three (3) days.  Returns must be in new condition and include all accessories, battery, charger, instruction manuals and other paperwork, packaging, and all other items originally included with the returned equipment.  Non-Smartphone refunds after three (3) days, but still within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
  • All Smartphone device returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price of the phone.  This amount will be automatically deducted from any amount due to customer within the twenty-one (21) business days of purchase.
  • Any Non-Smartphone device exchanges past 3 days will require a $35 restocking. Exchanges.
  • Any Smartphone devices will require a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price.
  • Any and all exchanges and/or refunds will be subject to a Twenty-Five Dollar (U.S. $25.00) replacement charge for each missing box, battery, manual, data cable, and/or travel charger at the time of return.  All handsets must be returned in “Like New Condition”
  • MS Wireless will do a maximum of one (1) exchange per Non-Smartphone upgrade/activation within the first 30 days of purchase. (Refund/Exchanges policies still apply)  Additional exchanges within 30 days will be assessed a $35 restocking fee on Non-Smart Phones.  All Smartphone exchanges to a different model handset within 30 calendar days will require a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price.
  • Devices found to have water damage of damaged displays will be charged the equipment discount at the time of merchandise return.
  • SIM cards are not reusable and therefore cannot be refunded.
  • Accessories are eligible for a full refund if returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Returned accessories must be in new condition and include all original packaging.
  • No refunds or exchanges on Phone or Accessories after thirty (30) days.
  • No cash, check, or credit card refunds at retail locations.  Refunds will be disbursed from the corporate office within twenty-one (21) days from the date the item was returned.
